This notice describes the enquiry features at ofinanenergy.com. The original company privacy policy remains available. Contact contact@ofinan.com for privacy questions, access/correction requests, deletion or withdrawal of product-update consent.

Sending a supply brief

The form collects the details you enter, including name, company, email, optional phone, role, product, quantity, destination, timing and message. Ofinan uses the information to discuss your enquiry. Formspree processes the submission using the original form connection. Campaign tags in the page URL may be remembered in this browser tab’s session and included with the enquiry to identify where it came from. They are not sent to an analytics service by this site.

The optional product-update checkbox is separate from the enquiry consent. It records your preference; actual mailing requires Ofinan’s configured mailing workflow. You can withdraw the preference by email. Do not put sensitive identity, bank or confidential transaction records into a public enquiry.

The site guide and optional AI

The default guide answers from the site’s information in your browser, with the current conversation kept in memory. If you select AI mode, your question is sent to the configured website service and OpenAI for a response. AI mode needs private server configuration. If automated email assistance is later activated, customer enquiry messages may also be processed by OpenAI to prepare replies.

Market data and external links

The top-of-page ticker loads TradingView automatically. That provider may process technical usage information under its own policies. Fonts and website images are hosted with this site. WhatsApp, Formspree and linked network websites operate under their own policies.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry retention and access depend on Ofinan’s form and mailbox handling. Ask the desk about its current retention arrangements and any international processing. You can read and download the RFQ checklist without sending contact information.
